"Teddy" Character Design

Character design of a little girl named Teddy. After a cataclysmic factory meltdown in the town she lives in, she is left alone as the only person left. Mutated by the chemicals, she can now only breathe her town's contaminated air, and as a result is unable to leave. She spends her days exploring and looking for toys to help her feel less lonely.
